KOL Comic ConSummer is here again, and since last year was ever so much fun, we're once again going to be exhibiting at the San Diego Comic Con, July 25-29. We are going to be in Booth #1016.
Come see us, hang out, and maybe get some nifty stuff!
* Jick and Mr. Skullhead will be about... Meet them! Have them sign your... souvenir program?
* We'll be debuting some new T-shirt designs... Sabre-toothed limes on black shirts! A nifty new brown bugbear tee!
* All of the items for sale in the Store of Loathing will be available for purchase at a discount (on account of we don't have to pay shipping if we just hand you stuff.)
* You can snag a free copy of "KoL the Home Game 2: Electric Boogaloo" -- an elaborate at-least-16-page choose-your-own-adventure!
* We'll also be giving away a Comic Con 2007 exclusive in-game souvenir to people who visit the booth. Shameless!
* Even more exclamation points than last year! Just for you!
If you've never been, Comic Con is really, really cool. I mean, it's cool even if you have been, but that's beside the point. It's more than just comic books -- exhibitors from all kinds of other genres of things show up: video games, toys, internet sites, TV shows, books, movies, independent artists, and so on. Some folks get dressed up as their favorite characters, and at times you feel like you are in the Mos Eisley Cantina. (Han shot first, y'know.) Besides the exhibitors, there are tons of panel discussions, demos, and whatnot. It's really fun.
We'll make an effort to keep y'all updated with any more information that comes our way. Hope to see you there!
I would have loved to see the Burning Man too.
If only someone brought me...
