topping the class in GP... Again... is not a good feeling. somehow. but then again, it feels good to know that my GP is still going strong.

classmates will start to get jealous and even hate you. hate you for the smallest of actions. just a simple action of me going up to the teacher to get my doubts clarified is seen and deemed as proudness, of which i can only say that all i want to do is improve. but people dont see that way dont they? Only i would know that i am trying to humblize myself and learn more.

and GP is a nice subject. made me come up with many unexpected things. like the quote i am going to put here later.

feels weird topping the class with so many worries. i just hope it wont be a repeat of o levels, where me being the consistent good scorer have to put up with being only second to those who have perform consistently bad at the end of the 4 years at VS. its terrible i can tell you. terrible. when you are expected to get an A1 and u get A2. while that other person is expected to get a B3 or lower, but he gets an A1 at the end. I dont think its my complacency. i am never complacent. nor do i intend to be complacent.

i studied really hard for my chemistry. i can recite the reactions backwards and forwards. but in today's exam, i totally blanked out and dont know what in the world is chemistry anymore. i didnt even know what is CH3...

section a(MCQ) - i almost slept, cos i didnt know how to do anyways.
section b - i left more blanks than answers
section c - i didnt do 1 whole qn of about 20 marks. i helped the examiner put a 0 on the front of the cover page.

ANNA and the KING

went to vs to play soccer on fri. i lost a little touch with my dribbling, didnt seem to be as fluid as before... but still managed to turn some people upside down inside out. especially that concert band or chinese orchestra random guy who suddenly came into the game and tried tackling me for the ball. i tricked him from left to right, then from right to left, then turn a few 360s, switch the ball between both legs, until that random guy gave up and left the pitch. didnt score spectacular goals, score normal but many goals...

then went to bk at parkway for lunch. and i saw rahul. he studying there with his 2 other friends. suddenly, out of nowhere, one of his friends happen to mention my name. so i momentarily turned back and rahul asked me if i was formally from TJ... the usual 'yeah' from me was said. then his friend suddenly asked me if i knew her. okays, i admit that i dont know who the hell was that at that point in time. then the most random thing happened, which kinda made me feel awkward and weird...

anna: what's the surname?(referring to mine...)
rahul: i think its lim. (looks at me and asks) what's your surname?
me: loh
anna: oh, i think you are my relative...
me:(shocked, shell-shocked, and seriously stunned) cannot be...
anna: i heard from grandaunt say...
me: i dont think so.

and it was really weird la. at first she knew me, then she say she think she my relative. complicated. then after i went off to buy my food, i sat down and ate. somehow i managed to rmb a little about where i met her before. and after finishing eating the food, i walked over to their table and said that i actually knew her before. so she was like kinda smiling or some sort... hehe. sorry that i couldnt rmb who you were on first sight. and so, a conversation occured and nothing of much reading value was said, so thou shalt not post anything here about thalt dialogue...

and so, the day ends with me feeling like i am knowing a new friend. a wierd way. and if her name is ANNA, and i was the other protagonist in this weird encounter, perhaps, i am the KING. hehe.

so the thing about that dream, i dreamt that i saw her studying in an LT. weird studying dreams, maybe its like a reminder to me that i should study harder. then things started happening in the dreams in which i cannot control. and of course, i cannot control who appears...

i was like a little boy looking for treasures. and i entered the LT and found mingjin. my goodness. quite cheesy crappy and stupid.

like i said in my previous post, mingjin is no doubt pretty and has a great personality. and like i said before, i dont feel anything towards her. and i dont think i will in time to come...

i thought i name this post with the place i visited today. cos something really funny happened today...

went to ebenex to test the bb preamp and the TS 808 pedal, coupled with the proco you dirty rat. went there with bong and kf. then finish testing alr got this guy. weird weird looking. then norman, the shop guy, asked the weird guy to get for him a psp game, need for speed pro street. and that guy say that dont have, he know the latest nfs game is carbon, which is like freaking old. then i just said that actually got pro street, in which really have la... then we started talking. talk from psp to ps3 to xbox 360 to guitar hero to rock band. and then he say that he added keyboard backing tracks to his band jamming sessions by connecting his psp to the system. and he knows everything about the psp like its special configuration of how many hertz it fires onto the screen in a sec! i was like wth~ didnt know psp so cool one. and somehow to levan wee, the ex-victorian and ex-ronin guy. seems like the weird guy knows levan wee. then that guy show the three of us his modded strat, where he added in a guitar hero sticker, making the strat look like a fake strat. super lame siah. then somehow, we managed to talk about tubescreamers, and how it sounds super crap on humbuckers, and then on his keeley modded ts9. i was like wth siah. keeley modded!!! how ex siah. after talking about tubescreamers, somehow we came to talk about rats. proco rats. not those on the streets. then i just said that i alr had a vintage rat, just looking to see the difference when i boost my rat with a TS808 compared to my TS7... and he was like stunned looking at me. a short excerpt below. super funny siah...

me: oh. i just testing to see how much difference is the 808 from the 9 when boosting my vintage rat...
weird guy: (stunned) vintage rat?!?!?!?!
me: yeah~
weird guy: u mean the big one?!?!?!(shows a hand gesture of big)
me: yeah~
weird: that's GOOD SHIT MAN!
me: i know...

super stupid. until the good shit part. wth. then somemore while i testing the pedals got this crazy imba guy. he started playing little wing. i was shellshocked. stunned. and determined to improve myself. so i became crazy just now and spent some time soloing with my rat. crazy siah. i think my neighbours will kill me if i go on doing this...



something weird happened to me yesterday. or rather in my dreams. somehow this person whom i am not really close to appear in my dreams. i also dunno why. and pls. its not an erotic dream like what eron or safi always have... its just a dream where there are 3 people. me on the left. she in the middle. and another guy on the right. oh ya. i forgot to say who the girl is. the girl that appeared in my dreams was mingjin. weird siah. and its just like a dream where we were talking. but i was talking mingjin more than she was talking to the other guy. whom i dont know who... and the thing is that i forgot what i said. or what the three of us spoke about. but either way, its a weird dream for me... cos i dont really know mingjin very well. and that i must say that i dont have crushes or feelings on her or whatever u call that... although i seriously do find her pretty and know that she has a great personality, i dont have that kinda feeling towards her. and i dont think i will have in the future. and i know that any guy that goes with her will be a very lucky and happy man... so in short, a kinda weird dream for me.
